Nuclear operator jobs?

Hey I am currently in the navy stationed on the USS Abrahm Lincoln and I am an Electricians Mate Nuclear. I have just gotten to my ship about 2 mo. ago and I dont think I am going to re-enlist based on personal preference. So I am looking into civ. jobs in the nuclear field (be it early by about 3 years). I can tell you I will not be getting EWS but I will have SRO and Load Dispatcher by the end of my hitch. I am persuing the Journeymans and finishing college for my bachlors from Thomas Edison how ever I want to continue college when I get out. I would like to know what kind of jobs are out there, what I need to qualify, a ball park of how much it pays where you are for your job. I look forward to any advice or recommendations and would like to here personal stories of how you got to work in your job.
