Is College going to be too hard for me?

I have to take bio, chem, physics, calculus, genetics,statistics, english, western civ stuff, arts, ecology and more. I want to take electives that I like too but this seems like one hell of a schedule. I;m transfering to SUNY-ESF the following year so I have to have at least a 2.5 so I can transfer. It's for zoology and I care a lot about the major and took some of these courses in high school. I'm just nervous since I struggled with them.
