University in the UK for a US student?

Look into Birmingham university it's the best and the only way to get in is with loads of money thanks to new shitty torrie government 9,000 pounds a term to be exact so only the rich can go UNI, only the rich will have good jobs so money stays in family lines is that fair? NO it's an awful system made by politicians who went to UNI when it wa free! Hypocrites much? I hate the system.
