Can i get into rutgers with these grades? i am a freshman in high school?

if you're really involved in school, then most likely. but if you're not very involved and you have those grades...i dont think so. and honors classes arent weighted like that either. its not that high of a GPA. or else i would have been considered a genius in high school.
