I have a serious sleeping problem?

Try to sleep after noon for few hours,,( soon after ur school) .. at night go to bed early asap.. long sleep allways good for your health.. but not very long.. if u r not able to sleep,,just count 1 to 100 in ur mind from bed,, or listen to a tic.tic noice from ur clock.. both of this will help me for a fast sleep..:)
