Movie about the crew of a TV Starship that gets dragged into their show?

So a few years ago, I saw the beginning of a movie in class in which the cast of a Star trek-parody sci-fi TV show is at an autograph convention, and later kidnapped / taken to some world where the race has built a replica of their ship and thinks they're heros. I also remember that when they "take the ship out" for the first time, the pilot scrapes the sides of it on the dock. I figure it was a comedy, and I saw it 6 or 7 years ago. Name that movie! Ten points to the first person to get it!
